Allison Tucker, Choir Director

1. What would you do with $1 million?
I would use the money to travel around the world with New Zealand as my first stop.

2. What’s your most embarrassing moment?
When I was a student at Bowie, our choir came to perform at Small. When I was singing a solo, I completely blanked on the words and had to make some up. My made up lyrics were not very good.

3. What is the hardest thing you ever had to do?
The hardest thing that I’ve ever had to do was to overcome disappointments when I was a student and set high goals for myself. You can’t win every contest, but that was a hard lesson for me to learn.

4. What scares you the most and why?
Clowns freak me out. I saw “Killer Clowns from Outer Space” when I was six and I was scared for life.

5. If you could do anything or wish for anything what would it be?
I would wish that I could be at two places at once. I hate missing out on doing fun things, even if I’m already doing something cool.

6. What was the last thing you ate?
The last thing I ate was way to many Christmas cookies.

7. What is currently your favorite song?
I really like the song “Evil” by the band Shovels and Rope. They have a good beat and cool gritty sound to their music

8. What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten?
I am pretty adventurous when it comes to trying different foods. I’ve eaten pigeon, raw sea urchin, and fish cheeks. Those were pretty strange.

9. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be?
I would like to meet Paul McCartney or George Harrison because I am a huge fan of The Beatles and they are my favorite members of the band.

10. What are your pet peeves?
My general pet peeve is rudeness. Life is to short to not be kind to people. My other pet peeve would be students chewing gum in choir.
